Last Updated: August 8, 2026Welcome to Taqnix (accessible at https://taqnix.com/). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Taqnix's Website, Products, and Services.
By accessing this website and purchasing our products or services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Taqnix if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Definitions
- "Company", "We", "Our", or "Us" refers to Taqnix.
- "Client", "You", or "Your" refers to you, the person logging on to this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.
- "Products" refers to digital goods, including but not limited to software, source codes, plugins, templates, and digital downloads sold on Taqnix.
- "Services" refers to IT services, custom software development, mobile application development, web application development, and consulting provided by Taqnix.
2. Services and Custom Development
When engaging Taqnix for IT services or custom application development (Web, Mobile, or Desktop):
- Scope of Work: All services will be delivered based on a mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal. Any changes to the scope will require a revised agreement and may incur additional costs.
- Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide all necessary assets, information, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure project milestones are met.
- Delays: Taqnix is not responsible for project delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required materials, approvals, or feedback.
3. Software and Source Code Licensing
When purchasing ready-made software or source code from Taqnix, the following licensing rules apply unless otherwise stated in a specific product license agreement:
- Usage Rights: Purchasing a source code or software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the code for your personal or business projects.
- Restrictions on Resale: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, or offer the source code or software as-is or with minor modifications to any third party. The product must be integrated into a larger, significantly different end-product if intended for commercial distribution.
- Intellectual Property: Taqnix retains full ownership and intellectual property rights to the original source code and software sold on the platform, excluding any custom work explicitly transferred to a Client under a specific custom development contract.
4. Payment Terms
- Products: Full payment is required upfront before access to digital downloads, software, or source code is granted.
- Services: Payment terms for custom development and IT services will be outlined in the specific project proposal or invoice. Standard terms typically require a deposit (e.g., 30-50%) before work commences, with subsequent milestone payments.
- Taxes: The Client is responsible for any applicable local, state, or federal taxes associated with their purchase.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Digital Products (Software & Source Code): Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of source code and downloadable software are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the files have been delivered. We recommend reviewing all features and documentation before purchase.
- IT Services & Custom Development: If a project is cancelled by the Client before completion, Taqnix reserves the right to retain the initial deposit and bill for all hours and resources expended up to the date of cancellation.
6. Support and Maintenance
Support for purchased products is limited to bug fixes and general inquiries for a specific period (as stated on the product page). Support does not include custom modifications, server setup, or third-party integrations unless a separate maintenance or service contract is purchased. Ongoing maintenance for custom development projects will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website, services, or product licenses immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions (e.g., unauthorized reselling of source code).
